Fem Pub: 1960–1990 showcases 60 feminist publications from around the world, tracing their evolution from the democratisation of printing to the digital age. Featuring a wide variety of editorial strategies and design aesthetics, each publication is presented with colour reproductions and a text describing its editorial vision, production methods, team and challenges. Particular attention is given to articles on design-related topics, such as communication, photography, product design, architecture and urban planning. A comprehensive directory of feminist magazines, Fem Pub is an essential resource for designers, historians and anyone interested in feminist publications. Readers are offered a glimpse into the diverse approaches to feminist publishing and visual communication, as well as the dynamic and collaborative world of feminist publications.
