Opening

Since the creation of the Aquisições programme, almost two hundred works of art by more than 150 artists and artistic collectives have been included, with the Collection playing an important role in stimulating, valuing and democratizing the city’s artistic heritage.

Ensaios de uma Coleção – Novas aquisições da Coleção Municipal de Arte brought together works by 38 artists and collectives to Galeria Municipal do Porto.
