Fylhas do Dragão is an LGBTQ+ collective founded in Porto in 2023, which reappropriates symbols of patriarchy to assert: “this is ours too!”. Created by Onio and Fer, it organises parties that blend drama, music and social critique, challenging the culture of “cool”. Since 2023, it has expanded to Lisbon and across Europe, bringing together local and international artists, with a focus on trans and non-binary representation. The collective is now launching Tertúlias do Dragão — themed gatherings inspired by the Portuguese tradition of socialising and counterculture. There will be four formats: Conhecimento (workshops), Show de Talentos, Concertina (music) and Gala do Dragão (party). Onio and Fer act as hosts, incorporating performance and reinforcing values such as unity, fun and celebration of the community.

Fylhas do Dragão is a collective based in Porto that celebrates freedom and diversity through parties that go beyond electronic music, integrating performances and visual arts into a magical experience, always with a great sense of humour. The collective aims to fuse diverse sounds from the queer community with performative elements such as acts, set design and costumes, thereby creating a unique dance floor. Blending techno, guaracha, baile funk, eurodance, electro and technobrega, Fylhas do Dragão transforms each event into a ritual of queer celebration, where the dance floor is constantly reinventing itself and the only rule is to never stop dancing.
